Carnival Pub Crawl, Rome

For the last night of carnival we decided to go on a pubcrawl. The first hour included an open bar. We were not shamed.

This is Yuske, fresh off being buried in chemistry books
for the last 20 years in Japan. When he first entered the dorm
he was disgusted with the mess of clothes across our beds, so
we got him drunk. Who's messy now Yuske?

Here we go

Hes hungry?

and now hes full?

Florence

Dear Dearest,

This one goes out to Tomo, because he is just awesome.

We meant to stay in Florence for 2 nights, then we met Tomo of Dany House, and he made us breakfast and dinner and filled us with wine. Finally after 4 nights we're leaving with a little extra weight and a little less liver.

We arrived in Florence late Thursday afternoon, had some dinner and started drinking with Tomo and then it was Friday afternoon.

That day we went to an art museum, saw some cool stuff, but no pictures allowed so you'll just have to trust us.

Friday night was a lot like Thursday. Pasta and lots of wine. We decided to stay one more day.

Saturday we took the train to Pisa. There was not much there except for gelato and a tower and even thats falling over. We also went to Sienna, and almost never left. We missed the first train home, the next one broke down and luckily we were able to get the last one back to Florence where more pasta and wine awaited.

We decided to stay another night.

After another slow start Sunday we ventured out to Accademia in the afternoon to see David. Again there are no pictures allowed but they weren't able to stop the Canadian craftiness. That night we returned for lasagna and wine.
